Order changes
If you need to change your shipping address, size, color, or item, contact us as soon as possible at lightletics@gmail.com. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered processing or shipped.
Order cancellations
If you want to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not entered processing, we will try to cancel it. If the order has already been processed or shipped, it may need to be handled as a return after delivery.
Incorrect address
If you notice an address issue after placing your order, email us immediately with your order number and corrected address. Carrier rerouting is not always possible once a shipment is in transit.
