Return and refund policy
Returns
- We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards
- Sale items (if marked as final sale)
- Personal use items such as socks, towels, or water bottles (for hygiene reasons)
- Customized items
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping fee will be deducted.
Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
- If you need to exchange an item for the same product, email us at [your support email].
Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days, please first check with your bank or credit card provider.
- If you still have not received your refund, contact us at [your support email].
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking.
